How to Redeem Your Crypto Bill's Backing

Step 1: Verify the Note

Scan the QR code on your Crypto Bill to check its status, value, backing, and wallet address.
A SEALED note can be redeemed at value (e.g., 1,000 USDT), less the Service Reserve.
🚨 If you intend to use the backing, only accept SEALED notes. EXPOSED, REDEEMED or UNACTIVATED notes retain collectible value only.

🛑 Start only if you are ready to transfer the backing to your secure wallet immediately.
Reveal the scratch-off area to access the first seed word and PIN (e.g., "pear 1234AB").
Enter both in the redemption fields and click "Redeem" to receive the remaining 11 seed words (3 attempts per day max). The note will permanently lose its SEALED status, reducing third-party acceptance.
⚡ The seed is shown only once via QR code for security. Make sure you store the 11 words before closing the window.
❗ Ensure pop-ups are enabled. Write down the 11 words (in their exact order) or use the "Copy 11 Words" button.

Place the first word (e.g., "pear") before the 11 words received and import into a Tron-compatible wallet (e.g., TronLink).
Immediately transfer the balance to a secure wallet (a seed phrase or private key only you know). Tron network fees may apply.
Note: the Crypto Bill Service Reserve is already accounted for as indicated on the scan. You will only pay Tron network fees related to your own transfer.
Failure to transfer immediately, or sending value back to the note’s wallet: risk of permanent loss.
⚠️ If a note remains EXPOSED for more than 24 hours, its backing may be transferred to secure custody (auto-escrow) for safety. Further redemption only via support@cryptobill.io (recovery fee applies).

Do not add assets to a Crypto Bill unless the QR code confirms it is a Wild Crypto Bill. Attempting to add assets to a non-Wild Bill may result in auto-refund (minus Service Reserve and Tron network fees), with risk of loss if the sender wallet is inaccessible. Wild Crypto Bills accept Tron-compatible assets at the bearer’s discretion (crypto experts only) and display all wallet assets with the Estimated Total in USDT.
